Acknowledgements

First of all, we (Danielle Steider, The Less Commonly Taught Languages Program Coordinator,  and Rajiv Ranjan, Indian and South Asian Language Program Language Coordinator) would like to thank the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program sponsored by Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by Institute of International Education. The FLTAs at MSU are the authors of this series, with us supervising/coordinating and editing each unit as it written. Without the FLTAs energy, motivation, and professionalism, this series would never have been more than an idea.

We are very appreciative that this project has the full support of the The Department of Linguistics, Languages, and Cultures and The College of Arts & Letters, who is publishing this resource.

The Asian Studies Center is also generously supporting this project by providing a clerical aide to assist us and the FLTAs in technical side of the project.

While this is not an official project of theirs, Regina Gong with Open Educational Resources (OER) at Michigan State University Libraries voluntarily advised us and helped us bring this LCTL Cultures project to life.
